Warranty Service Request

For a warranty service request please review the following information below before filling out the form.

• Warranty does not cover maintenance.

1. Condenser coil needs to be cleaned every 3 months.
2. Make sure the unit has proper ventilation (6” away from the wall).
3. Make sure the doors are sealing properly.
4. Make sure unit is connected and power switch is on.
5. Make sure the unit is not over filled.
